All of our colts are born in the

pasture. They learn about rocks,

cactus, rocks, badger holes, rocks,

barbed wire fences, rocks, the

occasional water running down the

draws, and other various and

sundry things you can't find

standing in a pen. Did we mention

rocks?

They are all brought in and

vaccinated for east/west

encephalitis, tetnus, and West Nile virus.

Please keep in mind that we're not

professional photographers and

these kids are in their "everyday

clothes," and not all gussied up for

picture day!
